 All businesses need to grow.

One essential way of doing so is to meet potential customers and clients and to look after existing clients. The Patron’s Coterie Group is a setting in which you will have a wonderful opportunity to grow your business in a unique networking environment The Patron’s Coterie Group consists of small, medium and large business owners and representatives who will be provided with exclusive access to the Thylacine Lounge at Bellerive Oval for the purpose of networking in a relaxed informal environment.

Hosts will welcome you, profile you and your business, and introduce you and your invited guests to others looking to mingle in a commercial setting.

When?

To each Clarence Football Club home game at Bellerive Oval. There are 9 home games in 2013.

What if I am not interested in the football?

The football is only secondary. It simply provides background entertainment. The primary focus is hosting your guests and being introduced to other business owners and representatives.

What is the cost?

The investment is $350 per individual member with no more to pay.  If you elect to bring a guest the cost for each guest is $25.

What is included?
 
The membership subscription will mean that all your drinks and footy finger food are provided without additional cost. If you bring a guest then on payment of $25 for each guest the same will be supplied to them without extra cost.

What happens on the day?

• The Thylacine Lounge will open 30 minutes before the start of the game
• You and any guests you might bring will be welcomed, drinks and footy finger food can be accessed at your leisure from the private bar at no extra charge
• Your business will be promoted on the business directory.
• Each game the hosts will feature a selection of businesses present with brief commentary
• The hosts will assist in introducing you to businesses and any persons of particular interest to you.
• There will be no raffles or other fundraising activities throughout the day

What if I don’t want to get dressed up?
 
The dress is smart casual. This avoids stuffy collar and tie but maintains an appropriate standard.

Am I stuck for the afternoon or evening?
 
No, you can come and go as you please. The Thylacine Lounge opens 30 minutes before the start of each game but as there are few formalities there is no disadvantage in arriving late and leaving early.

Is there a membership limit?

The Patron’s Coterie Group will consist of no more than 100 foundation small medium and large businesses. They will be drawn from across the business community with duplication kept to a minimum.  The Patron will also invite special guests for each of the 9 home games who will be prominent members of the business community, not for speeches, but to meet you.
